What is the difference between concentrate and not from concentrate?

Our Not From Concentrate Apple Juice is a “not from concentrate product”. It’s our signature fresh pressed apple juice made with apples that are grown in North America. These apples are sourced from the Pacific Northwest including the Okanagan Valley region of Kelowna, BC and the Yakima Valley region of Washington State. We also manufacture juices that contain juices from concentrate. The concentration process involves heating the juice to evaporate some of the water contained in the juice, while still maintaining the taste. Removing the water makes the concentrate easier and more cost efficient to transport. Then, in the juice manufacturing process, water is added back to create a premium quality product.
